Instructions for Authors

Step 1: Choose REVA Journal & Understand Requirements

• Select a suitable journal (scope, indexing, impact, fees)
• Read author guidelines and formatting rules

Step 2: Prepare Your Manuscript

Structure:

• 1. Title Page (Title, Authors, Affiliations, Emails)
• 2. Abstract (150–250 words)
• 3. Keywords (minimum 5)
• 4. Main Sections (Intro, Literature Review, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion)
• 5. Figures & Tables (high resolution, proper captions)
• 6. References (numbered format)
• 7. Additional Sections (Acknowledgment, Funding, etc.)

Step 3: Formatting Rules

• A4 paper, single column
• Times New Roman font
• Justified text
• Proper margins

Step 4: Check Plagiarism

• Keep similarity below 10–15%

Step 5: Internal Review

• Review by peers or supervisor

Step 6: Submit Manuscript

• Submit via portal

Step 7: Fill Copyright Form

• Provide author details and declarations

Step 8: Peer Review Process

• Wait for reviewer feedback

Step 9: Revise Manuscript

• Address comments and resubmit

Step 10: Acceptance

• Receive acceptance letter

Step 11: Final Submission

• Submit final manuscript and documents

Step 12: Publication

• Paper published in online journal
